Winner & Honorable Mentions: CHAPTER 23, Anything Goes

Winner!

The randomly chosen winner of our CHAPTER 23 Challenge is Ali of Alipeeps Art, participating from the UK!  I wonder if she will choose any of his wonderful AIW images?  I love the textured white background with bling; the white margin around the beatifully colored image really ties it into the background and I love the layer placement.  Ali, please email me through the link in the left column of my blog, and you are also entitled to display the winner blog badge above!

Ali will win her choice of three amazing digis from artist Rick St. Dennis!

Designer of over 100 theatrical productions, Rick St Dennis (Donald McAfee) is also the author of 4 books on decorative painting and contributor to at least a dozen national magazines on crafts and art. St. Dennis has appeared on such TV shows as Home Matters with Susan Powell, Aileen's Crafts and others. He was Crafts editor for Country Folk Art Magazine and sold his artwork nationally through galleries and shows. For a complete bio of his amazing career, see Rick's blog!
